Stay AWAY

Stay AWAY, 3+ month later and we are still waiting to get paid. Reebonz owes us 7k and so far we’ve received some non sense excuses for the delay.

Dear all customers, STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
The company is in bankruptcy and they don't pay their suppliers. I'm one of them.
I will send you all the evidence if requested.
I personally think they will stole also customer's money to pay their debts.

If only there is zero star for me to…

If only there is zero star for me to tick, I would. Think twice about consigning your bags with REEBONZ. They have not paid me for almost 3 months after my LV bag was successfully sold!
The money I could get back was already more than 50% lower than what I had paid for. And now it could be a total loss!

Frauds

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a bag from them off eBay. It arrived not as described so I proceeded with a return. They were unresponsive so I had to open a case against them. They finally agreed to a return and provided me a return shipping label via FedEx. I dropped the bag off and they refunded my money for the bag once it was received. Here we are 2 months later and I received a $440.00 bill from FedEx. Apparently once they received the bag back, they called FedEx and changed billing to sender. I technically became the sender when they provided me with a shipping label. In addition according to FedEx, they have a large outstanding balance and have since deleted their entire account. Because FedEx can’t reach them they are now coming after all of us customers who had returns for the money owed to them. I have tried to reach them via eBay and email with no response. This is fraudulent and all should be aware.

Acceptable customer service, very poor transaction process

Although they were decently fast with email response, the first time purchase process was unusual and resulted in excessive complications. After a few days of trying to get my order verified and back and forth conversations, they had already sold the item I was attempting to purchase to another customer. Very disappointed.

Ordered something and got tracking…

Ordered something and got tracking number from fed ex
Watched it get shipped to Singapore
Thought it was fraud
So I called your company
No response
Sent email it took two days for a response
Meantime I thought it was fraud contacted American Express
But then finally received my purchase two weeks later
Need to fix your customer service to get answers back quicker and need a operator to speak to
